At KASA YOGA we believe Yoga is for everyBODY, every level and every being! Each flow allowing you to explore your body and mind.
We are safe yoga-home to practice without any judgment from a space of support and self-love.

This studio is gorgeous and new! I had the best experience. Kate is a fantastic yoga instructor. She is passionate about her practice and is completely in tune to her guests. Kate has such a beautiful and calming energy . I plan to go back as much as possible. The studio is located in a cute little center of shops where you can grab a bite to eat or even a dessert to eat under the stars after class.

So very grateful for this beautiful space. Kate led our class with such grace. Her voice is incredibly soothing and the pose transitions were very smooth. Kate was able to modify the poses for individuals of all levels. She allowed us to challenge ourselves while also simply giving us time to breathe into each pose. Thank you for your healing energy Kate! Will definitely be back! Bonus points- the studio is right next to a lovely dessert club and a cafe with delicious food and drinks to grab after your flow.
